Job Description : Director - Strategic & Transformation Management, Digital & Business Consulting - Strategic Initiative Role @ Noida - 60L 15+years of experience with MBA from Top B School is a MUST. Should have worked in top IT companies for the initial 10 years of the career & then moved into corporate strategy roles.Someone who has done a functional role in delivery / sales / finance / for 5-10 years preferably in large IT companies. Prefer if the individual has a corporate role in the last few years in a smaller setup like India back office of ~5000 so that he/she has a cross functional perspective. Should have hands-on experience in setting up something new preferred over consulting / strategy. Should have been involved in Mergers & Acquisitions. The role would interact with the Top Leaders on strategic initiatives. Support & lead various strategic initiatives & Drive initiatives at Organizational and functional level. Enable thought leadership and support various key stakeholders in incubating the business plan and managing ongoing executions / programs. Should have worked on strategic initiatives having direct impact on the top-line/bottom-line of the existing businesses.
