Job Description : Head_Production from Steel_Product_Manufacturing Industry DRC Qualification: Bachelor Of Engineering / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, #Production or #Metallurgy) Six Sigma certification or any other relevant certification - preferred #Overall_experience of #12 to15+ years (18+ Yrs. for Diploma candidates) in production/operations in steel_manufacturing. Working experience in African_Countries or Gulf Countries is desirable, but not a pre-requisite. Must -Candidate must have worked in Steel Melting through Induction_Furnace/ AOD, Billet_Caster, TMT_Bar_Mill & Small_Section_Mill. He should have worked for a period of Min. 03 Years at Production Manager position, handling all the operational function independently. Should have strong leadership abilities and teamwork attitude. Responsible to handle the below Areas 1. Production_planning #strategy 2. Production_efficiency_management 3. Audit_policy_process ; English (mandatory), exposure to Portuguese is desired but not a necessity
