Job Description : Operations Manager UAE for their office in Dubai. Job Purpose: · Design, implement and run the most appropriate and productive model to run the operations in the region (infrastructure, IT, process, organization, inventory management, demand/supply planning, logistics, customer care, budget) · Build, train, manage and develop the teams · Meet targeted quality of service in terms of Client, Costs, Cash, Care and CSR · Ensure compliance in terms of Tax, Customs and Excise Management Responsibilities & Key activities Project management: In close collaboration with the PMO in charge of the overall project consistency and delivery, Build Phase: · Propose project scope, budget, organization, team, resources and planning · Identify dependencies, constraints and risks Project Phase: · Coordinate working group, external service providers and consultants if any · Follow budget, delivery planning and KPI's. Lead project meetings, steering committees · Contribute to deliverables production (analysis, business cases, specifications, IS evolutions requests, contracts ...) · Identify needs and ensure success of change management Project performance evaluation: · Evaluate the project delivery (on time, in full, at cost) · Measure benefits on mid and long-term experience Demand & Supply management: · Lead all activities enabling accurate market(s) demand, in consensus with key stakeholders (Sales/Marketing/Finance). Scope: distributor markets, all product categories (core, limited editions, allocations, POSM, copacked & bespoke items), complete portfolio maturity (local, innovations, new brands, ...). Maintain forecast models and tools as necessary · Manage allocations to optimize client satisfaction and company’s profits · Assess and adjust plans to deliver the objectives and meet business requirements · Get a comprehensive understanding of Anaplan DDMRP logic to fairly replenish the regional stock (based on actuals, via appropriate buffer sizing) · Follow-up with Maison's both replenishment reliability and promptness 3PL Activity & Performance: · In project phase: Propose 3PL strategy (partners, risks, governance), lead market tender, RFQ process, negotiations that will meet global/local objectives and service levels. Contract with 3PL · In running mode: Plan, run and optimize daily operations and mid-term capacities to efficiently cover required activities · Manage special operations: Organize, control and optimize product late differentiation, local copacking, value added services such as customization · Design and ensure performant target stock model and levels in the regional hub, subject to product availability · Propose logistics strategy when relevant (mainly flows, warehousing, almost no capillary distribution) · Elaborate budget, challenge 3PL contract (in respect of the organizations ethics and code of conduct), control, in link with Regional Office and Finance · Monitor and publish KPI's, performance, costs and efficiency analysis and animate performance review over areas · Perform operational audits, stock takes, BCP tests and ensure traceability quality. Propose and drive improvement plans. · Ensure compliance to Maison's and Group's standards & legal rules (Safety, Security, Sustainability and Social labor treatment) Customer Care: · Guarantee efficient execution of customer service activities, ensure proper order to cash management in order to reach a high level of customers' satisfaction · Ensure the respect of orders processing rules (“Order to Cash” overall process) · Measure, customer service overall performance, Report and Improve · Monitor accounts receivables (payments, overdues) · Control sales discounts, credit notes and returns Management & Development: · Manage team of 2 (tbd) Customer Care assistants · Recruit and retain talents, train and develop Qualifications · 8+ years of experience in a similar role · 8+ years of experience managing operations within the Wine & Spirits industry in UAE. · Current or prior experience in managing projects. · Strong organizational and communication skills · Strong ability to multitask · Comfort working with multiple groups within business
