Job Description : COUNTRY MANAGER VIETNAM FOR FMCG global company with strong history of development and track record in expanding business around the world. Key Responsibilities Job Description General Management · Accountable for key country company scorecards: financial, safety, ethics compliance, customer satisfaction and employee engagement & enablement · Lead a country cross functional team to deliver the country plan - country initiatives · Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organisations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices & Market Sharper philosophy · Develop the organisation and ensure full compliance of the corporate standards. · Represent the company internally and externally in the forums needed. Commercial Responsibilities · Deliver Commercial unit reliable quality growth in both portfolio and market growth · Responsible for Country Top-Line and Bottom-Line targets fulfilment · Ensure customer driven commercial effectiveness and execution excellence · Drive and monitor program management - Big Rocks and launches, and process signatory · Create a vibrant organisation, culture & work environment focus in team engagement - culture & development and enablement - capability building. · Build country talent bench-strength, focus in inclusion and diversity (industry, gender, passport) - Teams accountable and purpose driven · Develop country and commercial talent bench-strength for sustainable growth, using talent development programs that includes training, coaching and development of Hi-Po, Hi-Pro · Leverage the best practices to growth and building capability to enhance the productivity and growth. · In charge of the country strategy elaboration, resources deployment and alignment with the Commercial Unit targets. · Drive and monitor the Commercial unit /Country projects to ensure all are on track on the delivery targets and on the resources assigned. · Serves as central point of contact with global/regional/sub-regional sale and key account in his/her assigned category. The Successful Applicant · Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or Marketing. MSs or MBA is a plus · Minimum 15 years of experience in different functions Marketing, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain in agribusiness or related industries that connect with end-users; minimum 10 years of leading either Marketing or Sales function. · Solid experience in driving strategic efforts that delivered sustained growth through holistic Marketing or Sales Execution Plans · High level of comfort in leading a team either through direct, matrix or a cross-functional team working on a project · Has cross functions leading experiences and basic knowledge of rights to operate is required.
