12 yearsJob Description : GM CORPORATE PLANNING MALAYSIA In this business critical role, you will be leading the corporate planning activities in the company’s journey in reaching its objectives and long-term vision. Key Responsibilities: · Prepare and finalise the group annual business plan through effective resources allocation and coordination with various department and stakeholders · Work closely with senior management and department heads to identify and develop corporate strategic initiatives which support the achievement of corporate strategy/business plan · Establish and review key strategic priorities and translate them into actionable and quantitative plans · Project management responsibilities include working closely with upper management and project team members for the completion of projects on time within budget and within scope To succeed in the GM - Corporate Planning role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior members of the organisation, across borders and internal matrix. Key Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or relevant field · At least 12 years of work experience in corporate strategy and planning in consulting firms and/or large corporations · Strong leadership and has excellent communication skills in managing stakeholders across various departments · Analytical and numerical skills, financial acumen and commercial awareness, creative thinking, and problem analysis
