Reporting directly to the Regional Supply Chain Director, this is a role for Supply Chain Manager or Project Manager who is an expert in demand & supply planning with regional project lead in FMCG manufacturing environment. About the Regional Planning and Project Manager Role: This is a great opportunity for the Regional Planning and Project Manager to be a focal point of contact with market countries and production sites in Asia as well as project lead for new initiative products, sharing best practice and mentor stakeholders in region. The salary offered is competitive with provident fund and insurance. Key Responsibilities: · Be a focal point of contact to consolidate demand and supply from the market and production sites in region · Align requirements both demand and supply for regional market with cost effectiveness · Lead and manage global/ regional projects related to supply chain operation · Be a representative and mentor to share best practice among group of company · Collaborate cross functions across region to initiate and deploy improvement process To succeed in the Regional Planning and Project Manager job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with other teams, across borders and internal matrix. Key Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related filed · Minimum 12 years work experience in demand and supply planning, project management in FMCG/ F&B manufacturing · Experience regional scope of work, proven ability to deal with top management · Strong stakeholder management and able to work independent · Excellent communication skill both Thai and English · Flexibility on work location in upcountry and working time
