General Manager

Job Description : GM SANITARY WARE VIETNAM One of the biggest MNC companies is looking for a General Manager (Sanitary ware) in HCMC. In this job, you will manage the whole office and be responsible for all activities to achieve the company target. About the General Manager (Sanitary ware) Role: In this role you will be responsible for promoting the business unit in the Vietnam. You will also take a lead providing direction to all sales-related activities to your team. Key Responsibilities: · Responsible for sales and operation task of the organisation · Support the team to sell via distributors and projects · P&L management · Team management and resource planning · Strategy: set sales strategy; analyse market trend, account management · Disciplinary leadership and coaching tasks (e.g. Performance review, target agreements, team learning and development, manage team conflict, conduct disciplinary action) To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with Regional Director and well-manage subordinates within internal matrix. Key Requirements: · At least 15 years experiences with proven track record within building material industry, prefer experience in sanitary ware sector · Extended network with Project Developers, Design Consultants and Contractors · Team management experience · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Self-driven, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented
