Warehouse Manager

Job Description : WAREHOUSE MANAGER UGANDA Responsibilities? 1. Timely Network analysis for all available equipment in the network and requisition of spares 2. Minimize network downtime by coordinating with engineers if spares requirements are adequate to deal with faults 3. Providing regional engineers with necessary requirements such as site keys, tools and parts 4. Timely reporting to clients on Regional engineer feedback 5. Weekly evaluation of regional engineers on reporting and spare usage 6. Plan for distribution of new equipment parts to all regional engineers 7. Complete central/ regional warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning warehouse administrator (Ali) and Regional engineers, following up on work results. 8. Interact with other equipment vendors(Huawei and Ericsson) for the supply/replacement of electronic boards 9. Maintains receiving and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. 10. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system. 11. Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair, requisitions and replacement. 12. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by Training/attending educational workshops 13. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in TTelecom , Computer Science IT or Electrical Engineering Working Experience Minimum 8+ years of management experience in spare parts managerial roles preferably in telecommunication industry. Prior working experience in automotive dealership, heavy equipment or distribution is an added advantage. Closing date is 31/10 /2021. Nationals are particularly encouraged to apply
