Supply Chain Director

Job Description : SENIOR GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN DIRECTOR SINGAPORE renowned manufacturer of Land and Sea communication system. They pride themselves in providing diverse and technologically advanced products and solution to their global customer market. They are currently looking for a Senior Director (Global Supply Chain) to develop new team in the region and contribute to the business. · Mentor the Global Supply Chain teams in Business Strategic Planning such as KPI setting, business analyst, identifying of value delivery process, supplier management, personal development etc · Ensuring efficient end to end supply planning with supplier (from PO placement to order tracking and MRP setting etc) to regional warehouses and on time delivery to customer · Responsible for the availability of products to sell (ATS/ATP) · Global SIOP management - forecasting and supply planning, inventory planning, manufacturer and supplier management etc to drive customer satisfaction · Part of the senior leadership team to continuously drive improvement or assessment of Supply Chain strategy processes and work towards common company goals and direction · Establishment of documentation and support system to allow effective communication of performance metrics/core processes with internal and external stakeholders · Drive KPI and to achieve targets set out · Work closely with procurement and other regional teams to develop and manage supplier relationship · Accountable for department P&L · Ensuring implemented QMS are in compliances with standards · Lead in the implementation and management of the strategy planning process & deliverables · Degree in Engineering/Supply Chain or equivalent discipline · Excellent experience in master planning, material and inventory management, forecasting, logistics & warehouse management · Experience in managing Contract Manufacturer, EMS, equipment manufacturers etc · Minimum 15 years of experience of managing a team (>10) · Excellent communication & influencing skills and in stakeholder management · Proven track records in development of supply chain footprints and systems · Skills in developing IT tools and ERP system · Proactive and a great leader to the team
