Job Description : GM UAE ducational Qualification: o Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Business Management) o Postgraduate degree in business administration will be preferred Certification in a relevant field. o Experience: o A Minimum of 15 years of professional experience with at least five years of progressive experience in the Middle East Region. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial role or equivalent position. o Experience in strategic planning and operational excellence. o Knowledge and experience in the retail work field. o Knowledge of mission integration, organizational development, cost optimization, operational excellence, and other relevant fields. Problem solving and decision making Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to make informed and cost-effective decisions. Ability to negotiate contracts for sale and purchase of goods and services Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Effectively manage customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
