Import and Export Head

Job Description : HEAD EXPORT/IMPORT MUMBAI FOR CHEMICAL COMPANY Manages the operations of shipment and ensures on-time in-full delivery of products and services to the factory. Manage end to end life cycle for all Import and export shipment. Handling clearance of liquid bulk cargoes. Provides regular update to Commercial Team on progress of order and deliver Provides regular update to Commercial Team on progress of order and delivery. Visiting CFS and Air Cargo for discrepancy matter. Visiting Indian Customs for discrepancy matter. Sending documents to CHA for custom clearance. Preparing of container insurance policy Desired candidate profile: Min 18 years of experience in Import /Export. He should have an experience in handling liquid bulk cargoes and container cargoes. Should be well versed with EXIM activities. Good knowledge of EXIM trade, GST regulations &Customs. Should have skills for interactions/liasoning with customs & other government authorities when required. Coordination with port authorities. Computer skills in MS Office, Excel & MS Word. Experience of SAP is added advantage.
