Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO OMAN Note: Candidate must be from Automotive background 1) Financial Management and Analysis - Provide timely and accurate comparative financial performance reports, analysis of budgets and financial forecasts and profitability analysis, cash flow planning, and development & management of immediate and longer term financing strategy. This also includes timely internal management and financial reporting, ensure safe-guarding of confidential information. 2) Corporate Investments - Lead financial analysis and related efforts in support of corporate investment opportunities by providing financial evaluations of potential identified investment opportunities, due diligence, commercial documentation review, negotiation strategies and communications with external advisers. 3) Preparation of Annual Budget / Plan - Play key role in the development and presentation of Company's annual business budget / plan, monitoring of performance against these and keep updating the budget / plan as required. Support business divisions in budgeting activity by providing assumptions as well as expense budgets. 4) Management of external relationships - Establish and maintain strong professional relationships, primarily with banks, financial institutions, tax authorities, auditors and insurers. 5) Tax planning and compliance- Manage and optimize the ongoing tax and any new obligations of the company. 6) Company policies and procedures - Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures documentation as required. Required Candidate profile o Qualification - Chartered Accountant (India) o Knowledge of IFRS. o Post qualification experience - at least 20 years (for age of 45 years). o Work experience - with good and reputed companies Like Automotive. o Must have held senior management / CFO position for at least 5 years. o IT skills required for the job. Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
