Job Description : VP - Customer Success (APAC + ME). Our client is a leader in the information security space on a cusp of accelerated growth fueled by increased focus on security in recent times. In this role, you will lead a team of CSMs and Project Managers to drive adoption and engagement, renewal and upsell. This is a unique opportunity to not just lead customer success function but also bring in innovation to drive retention and growth. Base Location: Mumbai (may consider Delhi NCR) Ideal candidate: 1. 15+ years industry experience in software/saas/ IT security 2. Minimum 7-10 years in customer success function driving above KPIs 3. Min 4-5 years of leadership experience managing cross geo teams 4. Experience of ME or SEA market along with India is a plus
