Job Description : CRUDE OPERATIONS MANAGER NIGERIA 15-20 years experience Job Purpose: Operation of the Terminal for receipt, storage & delivery of crude oil Key Responsibilities : · Responding for safe and timely receipt, storage and delivery of crude oil · Proper accounting of crude oil received and delivered on a daily basis · Coordination with production team, other locations and HQO for operation on a daily basis · Maintenance of all the facilities in the terminal · Monitoring of expenses and achieve cost per bbl for the operation as per targets set · Liaison with authorities, communities and security agencies for smooth operation · Strict enforcement of company's safety and other policies · Development of subordinates by assisting them in the performance and job rotations · Development of facilities in the location
