General Manager

Job Description : GM INTEGRATED PLANT INIDA The incumbent shall be responsible for setting up / expansion of brownfield projects : · Overall management of the project. · Site construction management of civil, structural, mechanical and electrical system installation · Ensure adherence to project cost and timelines · Coordination / liaisoning with Govt. agencies, statutory agencies and contractors. · Establish and maintain strong vendor relations. · Ensure quality and best practices in construction, installation and equipment design · Perform reporting and administrative functions to ensure correct billing and accounting practices are followed. · Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints or construction problems. · Ensure contractors and project staff adheres to safety standards applicable for the construction site including safety. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate Mechanical Engineer with 15 to 20 years of experience of greenfield/brownfield projects in Cement Industry. Must have exposure of set up Integrated Cement Unit. Exposure of WHRS projects Good communication skills Strong traits like team building, decision making and cost control.
