Production Manager

Job Description : Production Manager — Non Ferrous Unit* for leading *Copper Bar mfg.* based in *Central Africa* Qualified with *BE / B. Tech - Production / Metallurgy* having *12+ years’ experience* *BASIC QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE* · Must have experience in *Copper /Brass / Nonferrous* manufacturing industry *Pyro metallurgy* process · Must have experience in *Melting and extrusion industry* · Must have minimum 3 years' experience in management role · Must have experience for minimum 2 years in *production planning* and maintenance planning. · Must have experience in maintaining product quality, develop process standards and maintain the same. · Must be aware of the quality standards for copper extrusion products. *ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES* · He will be heading the *Copper Hanger bar manufacturing Unit* · The Unit comprises of *Induction Melting furnace, casting, Preheating & Extrusion machine* · He should be capable of handling erection and commissioning of the Unit and subsequently production of the same. · He will be responsible for *production planning*, operations, maintenance scheduling and quality as well as product recoveries.
