National Warehouse Manager

Job Description : NATIONAL WH MANAGER, PAPUA NEW GUINEA Experience: 8- 10 yrs Strategic deliverables • Drive end to end optimal warehouse performance to meet business objectives • Ensure overall effective warehousing controls are put in place to ensure Stock control and DIFOT is achieved Technical deliverables • Drive operational efficiencies and ensure low cost operations • Imbed world class stock control disciplines and practices • Deliver on all change management initiatives aligned to the business strategy • Improve overall people capability across the function • Drive a culture of continuous improvement • Achieve all inventory management and stock control targets KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES: • Inventory management and stock control • Maintain FIFO processes • DIFOT • Financial KPIs • Productivity measures Experience / Qualifications Required • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or similar • 5+ years’ FMCG supply chain or logistics experience in a senior leadership role • Demonstrated influencing capability across a multi-site and multi-functional business • Proven experience in planning stock movement and inventory control
