Corporate Finance Head

Job Description : CORPORATE FINANCE HEAD MALAYSIA An exciting Head of Corporate Finance job has become available at a fast-growing marketplace in SEA. About the Head of Corporate Finance Role: In this business critical role, you will be responsible for preparing the company to be IPO ready and manage the financial strategic agenda of the company. Key Responsibilities : · Manage strategic roadmap to be IPO ready and act as a project lead coordinating all work streams with internal/external stakeholders · Define roadmap and milestones to achieve · Forecast the budget required and phasing prioritising milestones in line with the overall company strategy · Manage the company’s corporate structure to optimise shareholder value · Manage and sustain shareholders/investors relations including preparation of required reportings · Devise strategy, conduct financial and strategic analysis and prepare the company for financing opportunities · Assess and anticipate legal and financial risks · Lead legal and compliance activities with in-house lawyer teams based in countries · Legal due diligence executions and manage the M&A end-to-end process To succeed in the Head of Corporate Finance job, you need to have successfully participated in an IPO project and or managed financial compliance of a listed company. Key Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree or master's degree in accounting/finance/business and/or related fields · Around 10 years of relevant experience in corporate finance · At least three years of experience preferably from a Big Four accounting firms · Familiar with Listing Rules for a reputable stock exchange · High attention to detail and demonstrated strong business and technical acumen · Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills · Hands-on personality who works autonomously with a lean and flat structure in dynamic organisation
