Job Description : MD VIETNAM An exciting Managing Director job has become available at one of the most respected international logistic firms based in Hanoi. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is the role for sales person who is a leader in their field. About the Managing Director Role: In this role you will be responsible for promoting the new business unit in Vietnam. You will also take a lead providing direction to all sales and marketing - related activities. Key Responsibilities: · P&L owner and responsible for the entire company operation in Vietnam · Establish business relations with relevant government authorities, industry players and other parties to facilitate the business · Develop local market expertise, intelligence and contacts and play an active part in key account management and development · Provide direction to the management team and communicate a clear understanding of job responsibilities, objectives, deadlines and performance expectations · Identify and develop key successors to the position To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-cooperatively with senior manager, across borders and internal matrix. Key Requirements: · More than 15 years of relevant working experience with at least five years with P&L responsibility · Proven track record in growing P&L · Strong business acumen, performance driven person · A self-motivated leader, excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
