15 yearsJob Description : VP -Public relations for an MNC company in Delhi Salary range 42lacs - 48 lacs per annum Job Profile: Must have Key Experience/Achievements Brand PR/Communications Built customize PR Campaigns in line with business objectives to create sustained visibility through the customer journeys for B2C & B2B categories at Panasonic Multi-channel approach /Influencer engagement – Expand the reach, for target media as well as the audience, through different formats involving influencers, bloggers, and social media apart from traditional media Corporate Positioning – Creating relevant message house & narrative for the brand aligned with company vision & positioning to drive theme-based Corporate PR strategy & initiatives Credible Corporate & Brand visibility: Create a distinct positioning for the brand as a thought leader through strong media positioning and strategic partnerships with various National and International associations. § Highest Media visibility in priority publications. In addition to the accountability of media for brand in India, manage the media relations for key APAC corporate announcements, leaders, research reports and support country media teams. Communications:: Support city-specific & key business line growth strategies through targeted marketing campaigns (including, content marketing, focused media profiling & promotion, brand visibility, e-marketing, digital marketing, influencer engagement, networking opportunities, sponsorships) Website management – Content revamp and launch of the brand of company website Social Medi. Create digital visibility for the brand, business lines and leaders across key social media platforms with a focus on increasing brand building & b2b networking Company Purpose & vision Launch and help cultivate the company’s new purpose through workshops, walk the talk sessions, communication campaigns etc. Leadership change communication – Managed transition communications and profile development of new management at India and city level. Rewards and recognition programmes - Conceptualize and manage R&R programmes with the key objective of creating a positive performance-driven work culture among the employees. (Achievements, Performance and Long service awards) CSR support - Launched the CSR Programme driven as an employee volunteer Community Welfare initiative. Manage key corporate CSR initiatives and promotion of all activities.
