Job Description : EXPATRIATE REGIONAL SALES MANAGER Role: Manager: Regional Sales manager- - food (seasoning) and confectionery Location: Port Harcourt Salary: Offshore + local Accommodation: Bachelor Responsibilities: • Keep internal and external stakeholders posted on the progress of implemented initiatives • Write proposals and business plans for securing business opportunities • Develop and maintain strong and long lasting relationships with customers • Develop plans to build-up weighted distribution in each region/city/or town in coordination with customer management, and follow-up to achieve timely & effective implementation. • Develop in-store visibility plans in coordination with customer management; and Allow-up to achieve timely & effective implementation • Listen to clients to gain an understanding of their needs • Establish budget with the cornpany and its clients • Prepare reports of sales metrics over a specified period of time - monthly, quarterly, and yearly • Generate sales for the company according to specified targets • Meet account deadlines • Manage complaints and conflicts with clients effectively • Coordinate sales team Requirements: 15+ years in sales • Education any graduate / post graduate • Minimum 5 years of experience in Nigeria is must • Strong communication and presentation skills • Sales and goals oriented personality • General trade plus modern trade experience • Good skills in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel, Word, Power Point and Microsoft Outlook • Ability to Manager Team
