Plant Manager

Job Description : PLANT MANAGER MEXICO Plant Manager will be responsible for plant Profitability, Production, Quality Management, Asset Utilization, and People Management. All Functional Leaders will report into this role. This is a working/hands-on leader who will manage plant P&L, promote Safety, and drive Continuous Improvement for this site. This position offers a competitive base salary and bonus opportunity along with potential future advancement opportunity. The ideal candidate should have the following: Bilingual with Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an Engineering discipline Experience in plastic molding is a must (automotive/medical/aerospace) Proven track record in driving cost and quality Experience managing P&L Lean, Black Belt certifications
