Production Manager

Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER DRC FOR NON FERROUS UNIT 15+ years experience Qualification : B E Production / Metallurgy ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES : - He will be heading the Copper Hanger bar manufacturing Unit - The Unit comprises of Induction Melting furnace, casting, Preheating & Extrusion machine. - He should be capable of handling erection and commissioning of the Unit and subsequently production of the same. - He will be responsible for production planning, operations, maintenance scheduling and quality as well as product recoveries. BASIC QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE : - Must have experience in Copper /Brass / Non ferrous manufacturing industry Pyrometallurgy process - Must have experience in Melting and extrusion industry - Must have minimum 3 years' experience in management role - Must have experience for minimum 2 years in production planning and maintenance planning. - Must have experience in maintaining product quality, develop process standards and maintain the same. Must be aware of the quality standards for copper extrusion products.
