Job Description : ADMIN MANAGER NIGERIA 1.) Supervise and ensure general administration activities like Telecommunication Facilities, Mess, Transportation, Housekeeping and Maintenance, Stationary, Power, Water and uninterrupted supply of essential services etc. 2.) Responsible for tracking of expiry date employees passports, visit visa, work visa and follow up renewal process. 3.) Facilitate the accommodation required for employees. 4.) Preparing and sending quotes and comparing prices of materials/Vehicles (for transport) and negotiation with suppliers. 5.) Managing all the activities related to fleet management and supervising staff on daily basis.
