Job Description : RSM GCC OUT OF UAE REGIONAL SALES MANAGER GCC Job responsibilities Appointment & Handling Channel Partners ( Importers/ Distributors / Institutional Distributors) Achieving primary and secondary targets set by the company Monitoring and reporting daily activities of the sales staff Ensuring Distributors are listing desired products and are supplying regularly. Planning of Trade Marketing and Consumer Promotions. Recruitment of sales staff with prior approval from seniors. Monitoring competitor activities and reporting to seniors Ensure smooth payment from channel partners Ensure smooth working in assigned territory Control overheads in the region Conducting monthly meeting of the Sales Staff Scheme formulation as per the regional budget Maintain the growth rate as per company standards Make regular visits to General retailers, Modern retailers and HORECA Buyers Job Requirements FMCG / FMCG distribution company working knowledge Geographical knowledge of the region Should have travelled across countries of GCC (preferable) Should have Work experience with HORECA Segment Should have considerable GT and MT experience.
