Job Description : Lead- Proprietary Commodity Function : Supply Chain Management Qualifications: B.E. / B. Tech/ Diploma Experience (in Yrs): 15-18 Yrs Industry Preferred: Tractor/ Automotive Industry Location: Faridabad Job Description 1. Understand material and supply chain strategy and prepare execution plan for own commodity 2. Collaborate with vendors to ensure operational plan adherence, track logistics to ensure timely delivery 3. Review supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality, delivery and cost requirements 4. Meet with suppliers to discuss performance metrics and production forecasts or improvements 5. Monitor forecasts to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities 6. Analyze operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions in a timely man 7. Collaborate with other functions, such as sourcing, NPD, quality assurance and operation 8. Monitor the Inventory and take measures to keep within the defined limits Your success Yardstick 1. Apply the knowledge of supply chain function and planning of material Supply- Domestic and International 2. Leveraging exposure to supply chain of of proprietary commodity – Tyres/ Motors/ Pumps/ Plastics/ Hardware and others 3.
