Finance Head

Job Description : FINANCE HEAD UAE · Managing the financial reporting for the organisation. This includes monthly financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, 5 year financial plans and all statutory financial reporting · Forecasting financial results and creating forecasting models · Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls · Recommending cost reduction strategies and evaluating and initiating investments · Overseeing the budgets, allocate resources and manage cash flows · Conduct profit and cost analyses · Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations · Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Financial and Management Accounting functions Requirement: · Proven experience as a Head of Finance or a similar position · In-depth understanding of cash flow management and bank reconciliation · Hands-on experience with cash flows, treasury, FP&A and P&L · Understanding of CAPEX, customs and duty, VAT/TAX · Solid understanding of financial management and accounting · Ability to collaborate with upper management to organize, plan and achieve company financial goals · Advanced computer software skills, including Excel and financial reporting software
