Job Description : FMCG SALES MANAGER KENYA · Develop and implement a joint business plan with the Modern Retail Chains to achieve company objectives & provide direction to implement this plan at the field level. · Meeting Category Manager for planning and organizing sales promotion activities. · Designing and implementing the sales generation activities including specific promotional activities based on the data analysis and as per the budget. · Collaborate with multiple functions like logistics, marketing, finance for servicing Modern Retail accounts · Strategic planning & implementation of brand activation. · Managing the new product launches and promotions. · Managing & training the In-store team for effective and speedy execution of branding and visibilities. · Spearheading a team of Sales Managers and their team of Executives Desired Candidate Profile · Candidates with 8+ years of FMCG preferably in supervisory role · Exposure to Modern Trade is essential · Should have good negotiation & presentation skills · Must be a go getter & be ready to take up challenges Perks and Benefits Net Savings around $1500 - $1800 + Fully Furnished Family Accommodation + Airfare for Family + Family Status from Day 1 + Local Salary (Food) + School Fees for Kids + Car + All Expat Benefits
