Job Description : BROWNFIELD LEAD QATAR The Brownfield Lead will work in transverse mode with all teams in Major Projects to ensure detailed preparation of the Offshore brownfield works. To ensure compliance with the companies Incident Free culture Ensure the Offshore execution campaigns are prepared sufficiently by tracking the progress of the preparation and highlight areas where lagging. Define and implement tracking metrics and tools to follow the preparation of the Offshore execution campaigns Report the preparation progress to stakeholders and management In particular following roles and responsibilities are foreseen: Responsible of enclosed activities under the Package lead with particular focus on: Brownfield scope and offshore hook-up campaigns preparation and execution by CTR/subCTR Ensure CTR and CPY strategies, organization and associated logistics means are identified and mobilization as per company objectives Qualifications & Experience Degree qualified or industry recognised technical qualification Solid experience of large-scale brownfield execution coordination preferably in the petrochemical, refining, Oil & Gas exploration or similar Industries Significant technical knowledge of offshore plant and equipment and offshore construction activities Experienced in the supervision and management of EPC Contractors Proven track record of working in Client team in the Middle East region Recognised level of expertise in work preparation and demonstrated project management skills Medically fit to travel to offshore oil & gas platform
