Job Description : Head of Manufacturing (Sr. Manager/AGM/DGM) for a leading Industrial Products Manufacturing company for Greater Noida, U.P (West) . • Position - Sr. Manager/AGM/DGM (Manufacturing & Production) • Location - Greater Noida, U.P (West) • Experience - Minimum 18 – 25 Years • Industry - preferably from Capital goods manufacturing Cos. such as – Pumps , Motor , Compressors , Blowers , Evaporators , Elevators , Crane , Earth moving Equipments , Machine manufacturers etc. • Qualification - B Tech./M. Tech. • Salary – Negotiable • Industrial Equipment/ Products Manufacturing / Machinery Job Responsibilities 1. Must have good hand on experience in handling the whole process of Manufacturing and production of commodities like Pumps , Motor , Compressors , Blowers , Evaporators , Elevators , Crane , Earth moving Equipments , Machine manufacturers etc. or other Industrial Equipment manufacturing products. 2. Accountable for overall manufacturing process and production. 3. Manufacturing Functions : Process Engineering, Process sheet, layout, line balancing, Time & motive study and designing etc. 4. Production Functions : Manpower handling, Shift Dealings, Meetings Targets, Production Planning etc. 4. Must have good hand on experience in handling CNC and other Machines. 5. Must have excellent knowledge Tools, Gig, fixtures etc. 6. Must have excellent team handling skills. 7. Good Communication skills with can do attitude.
