Reporting Lines: Chairman & Other Senior Management Executives in China HQTRS Position Objectives · Responsible for the Brand shop Business management, trade business and sales expansion and distribution network for the Lontor Brand across Nigeria. · Responsible for Lontor Modern Trade management and its strategic business direction; · Identifying target accounts for the Tee & Kay Marketing, creating strategies for securing new business and executing sales & marketing plans to meet sales objectives and goals Main Duties and Tasks Brand Shop Business Management · Leading Nationwide Sales team Members to achieve Sales target, while ensuring that all aspects of business operate smoothly and efficiently; · Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate distributor networks across Nigeria; · Onboard massive distribution networks across Nigeria in the Modern trade and online business market; · Stay up-to-date with new product launches of competitor brands; · Negotiate and close agreements with large key customers; · Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts; · Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities; · Lontor Modern Trade Business Management: · Develop Strategic marketing plans for company growth and improvement of sales with the aim of maximizing profits and cost minimization. (developing and implementing effective sales strategies); · Ensuring that the operating objectives and standards of performance are not only understood but owned by the management and other employees; · Taking remedial action where necessary and informing the Chairman of significant changes; · Maintaining the operational performance of the company; · Representing the company to major customers and professional associations; · Building and maintaining an effective executive team; Reporting · Detailed Reporting of activities, challenges and plans to the Chairman and Senior Management Executives in China HQTRS on a daily, weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis; · Provide the Chairperson with monthly management reports for inclusion in monthly management meetings; · Other ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Chairman & China HQTRS; Management · Prepare a corporate plan, annual business plan and monitor progress against these plans to ensure that the company attains its objectives as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible; · Establish and maintain effective formal and informal links with major customers, relevant government departments and agencies, local authorities, key decision-makers and other stakeholders generally, to exchange information and views and to ensure that the company is providing the appropriate range and quality of services; · Working closely with the senior management team on sales strategy and approach to winning new business; Budget Management · Work with the Choice International Group HQTRs to establish and manage the Company budget, including competitive team budgets, and other cost and revenue items; · Setting company budgets and forecasts alongside the Finance General Manager and departmental heads; · Any other tasks as assigned. Requirements · Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree / HND qualifications · At least 15 years of work experience.
