Country Manager

Job Description : Country Manager - Philippines Location: Manila Reporting to: Global COO Major KRA : P&L , AOP Business Operation, Budgeting, Project Delivery & Organisational Management( all departments) Nice to Have Skills/ domain : Managed services, CRM Practice, ERP implementation etc Roles & Responsibilities: · To plan, budget, oversee all departments in the country · Responsible for managing all operations within a country involving for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets · Work closely with upper management/ departmental heads to make sure that the scope and direction of ProV is as per Vision · Annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan for the country operations along with monthly, quarterly or annual targets for revenue and profit · Produce business performance reports, which could be on a monthly or quarterly basis. · Recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, mentoring and training. REQUIREMENTS Ideally BE &MBA with 20 plus years of experience in IT Industry, at least plus as VP software, COO with P&L accountability or in roles that are similar to COO for a small size IT managed services Or software projects company Strong Business acumen, business tracking, people management and mentorship Should be able to lead PM, Practice heads, Delivery manager as well over HR, Finance,admin and compliances
