Spare Parts Manager

Job Description : SPARE PARTS MANAGER TANZANIA 10-15 years experience · Responsible for overall Spare parts department · Spares of Heavy Commercial trucks like Tippers & tractor Heads and Construction Equipment like Excavators, wheel loaders & Road Rollers etc. · Execute the business plan in accordance with organization goals. This includes parts sales targets, inventory targets. · Lead the parts sales team to ensure that the annual sales targets are achieved. · Design the inventory, sales and pricing strategy in accordance with the targeted profits. · Define working strategies to market · Establish departmental goals · Supervise and control all daily processes and services · Mange entire commercial activities involving coordination with internal and external departments · Generate opportunities & establish follow-up procedure · Establish a training program · Record parts sale revenue and gross profit · Creating reorder plan for inventory Qualification - Master/Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering Required Skill Set (In case of IT requirements) - Relevant Experience as a Manager in Managing, ordering and selling spare parts of Heavy-duty Chinese Trucks and Construction Equipment Candidates Location - INDIA Candidates Nationality - INDIAN Perks & Benefits: Company provided accommodation Company Car Company Mobile phone and allowance Work & residence permit 28 Days leave/year+ airline ticket/two years
