Job Description : GM PLANT BANGLADESH 20-25 years experience We are seeking for an experienced General Manager level Plant Head to lead the manufacturing operations of PVC Pipes, PVC Fittings & PVC Sheets. He will oversee the entire Production operation, Machine maintenance, Molds & Dies maintenance, Product Development, Expansion Projects, Automation Projects etc. He is expected to know thoroughly about all the necessary International Standards followed by PVC Pipes, Fittings & Sheet Industry. He should be strong in HR management for developing young team in their respective core areas. He should have hands on experience in recipe, testing and related costing techniques to achieve the desired Goals of the business unit. He must be holding a proven track record of business management of developing and leading the techno commercial intricacies of the trade. He must demonstrate experience in developing strategic business plans with knowledge of market needs and forces that influence a new growing company.
