Job Description : *Head - Human Resources* for a 25 Years old Manufacturing and Automation company which is a market leader in Entrance Automation and Loading Bay Equipment industry. Location: Mumbai Roles & Responsibilities: ? Head HR will be responsible for handling the PAN India HR operations of the company. ? Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives ? Function as a strategic business advisor to the management regarding key organizational and management issues ? Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits Experience & Education required: ? 18+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry. ? In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. ? Candidates based out of Mumbai would be preferred.
