Working in a 5 ply FULLY AUTOMATIC CORRGUATION PLANT [preferably TCY Taiwan] minimum 5 years plus as head of plant / operations producing at least 1,000 to 1,500 tons per month. 2. Excellent oral and written communication skills [as the person has to communicate with other HODs / Suppliers / Union officials / Top Management]. 3. Areas to have expert knowledge [Production-QC-maintenance] and oversee [Procurement-Stores-HR and Admin]. 4. Flexible / leadership quality / result oriented. 5. Experience in Africa of around 3-5 years would be added advantage. 6. ERP exposure would be preferred as has to take active role in integration of ERP Production module.
