Job Description : RSM NIGERIA Regional Sales Manager to lead the development and implementation of a regional business strategy in Imo, Abia and Anambra states, and help in customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. The successful candidates will be responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, designing sales plans, and justifying those plans to the management team. Responsibilities ·Develop and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence ·Achieve growth and hit sales goals by successfully managing the sales team ·Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of team members ·Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs ·Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status Requirements ·BSC//MSC degree in Marketing/Business administration/Economics or a related field ·Passionate and energetic manager with a minimum of 15 years relevance experience ·Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills ·Strong business acumen ·Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close ·Previous experience in Cosmetics, Detergent and Noodles categories will be an added advantage
