Job Description : GM NIGERIA A leading Group of company into Real Estate and Investment has a vacant role for a Managing Director to coordinate and manage the real estate arm of the business. Job Title: Managing Director Real Estate Location: Lagos Job Description: • Scout and identify potential clients with property management needs • Prepare and present business proposals to clients. • Oversee the hiring and training of estate management staff/contractors • Carry out financial obligations such as budget preparation, and maintenance of financial records/statement • Monitor the performance of hired contractors to ensure efficient performance of duties • Oversee activities that lead up to the sales, purchase, lease or development of an estate property. • Maintain an updated knowledge of property taxes, accessibility and values to ensure efficient management of property • Provide management with periodic updates and reports on the status and condition of a property. • Ensure estate operations are in line with government policies and housing regulations. • Proffer recommendations/advice to management on market rates and maintenance estimates • End to end project management. • Conduct regular inspection of sites and facilities to ensure they are in good condition • Oversee the repair and replacement of damaged parts of a building or property. • Experience in site development, maintenance and Servicing Job Specification: 10 years’ work experience in similar industry B.Sc. in Real Estate / Urban Regional Planning / B.Tech / Quantity Survey. Additional Qualification in Project Management (PMP Certified) and Estate management
