Senior Project Manager

Job Description : SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER NEPAL Senior Project Manager shall be responsible for overall project planning, monitoring, coordination with various contractors and suppliers, consultants and other stakeholders, value engineering, allocating and monitoring the human resources and ensure timely completion of the project with optimal use of resources. Should have competent knowledge of hydropower projects life cycle and should continually maintain strong interpersonal and public relations. She/he will be Leading the construction supervision team consisting of national and international experts Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Preferably Master's degree in Civil/Hydropower Engineering/Construction Management At least 10 years' experience for Bachelor's Level and 7 years for Masters Level, Hydropower project construction and management. General Experience of over 20 years. Shall have successfully completed at least one hydropower project over 50 MW installed Shall have successfully completed construction of a hydropower dam of height 40m or more capacity construction as a project manager and/or experience in at least 2 projects with a capacity above 25MW, working as a Chief Resident Engineer Willing to work at the hydropower project state on full time basis Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask. Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera or equivalent.
