Job Description : VP INTERNATIONAL MARKETING INDIA FOR PHARMA An aggressive and dynamic Marketing Professional who will assume the Overall Sales & Marketing Management for the Emerging Markets covering Latin America ,South East Asia,SAARC,MENA for our Finished Formulations Business . This position is based at UMEDICA Labs Corporate Office at Nariman Point in Mumbai and reporting to the MD . The Incumbent will be managing a team of Country Managers who individually will be responsible for managing business in their own region .Additionally the incumbent will be responsible for , · Complete Business Management and BD responsibility . · Ensuring Optimum Customer Selection and Management for growing the company’s business · Target Achievement for the Emerging Markets Business. · Colloborate with PPIC,Logistics,RA,Finance Dept for effective support . · Market Intelligence and Competitor Mapping Key Profile Requirements: 15-20 + Years Overall Successful Career Experience and Preferably atleast 10-12 years in International Pharma Sales & BD. Specific Experience: Minimum 8-10+ Years in managing Emerging Markets in a Well known Pharma Company. Educational: Science/Pharmacy Graduate Post Graduate MBA-Preferred Strong Leadership Qualities ,Strong Verbal and Written Communication and English Language Skills Strong Sales and BD Skills Good Proficiency in Computers(Word,Excel,Powerpoint etc) Must have travelled Extensively .
