Workshop Manager

Job Description : WORKSHOP MANAGER HEMM NIGERIA large Oil & Gas producing company based in Nigeria. We are putting up green field projects for LNG / Petrochemicals / Methanol and Power Plants. For company's ongoing operations we require Workshop Manager - HEMM having experience of min 15-20 years of experience Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job Description 1. Performs trouble shooting, diagnostics and failure analysis on HEMM/Mining equipment's like Excavator, Dozer, Wheel Loader, motor grader, drill machine. 2. Manage maintenance of HEMM fleet for various sites of the Organization 3. Plan and organize preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance systems and delegate specific tasks to concerned section/Mechanic and record in ERP 4. Hands on supervision of all workshop activates, especially technical issues. 5. Forecast and order spare parts for specific jobs/special job for stock replenishment 6. Equipment availability management 7.Prepare annual operating budget for spare parts, tyres, lubricates ,batteries, consumables and tools, Forecast and order spare parts for stock replenishment 8. Preparation of daily ,weekly, monthly and MIS &DSS Reports. 9.Preparation of of OPEX and CAPEX Budget. Qualification : 1.B.E /B. Tech (Mechanical or Automobile ) 2. Min.15 yrs experience in General Supervisory in Repair and Maintenance of a large fleet of HEMM. This position is permanent in nature and one can look forward to long term association.
