Job Description : MANUFACTURING MANAGER INDONESIA A leading international FMCG company has a Manufacturing Manager job for a high-calibre candidate based in Sulawesi, Indonesia to support a large, complex business unit with a regional remit. About the Manufacturing Manager Role: Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Manufacturing Manager will play a key role in the company's continued development and success in producing good quality product to support the future expansion of the company business. Key Responsibilities: · Take charge of overall day-to-day operations in the factory · Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while optimising cost and maintain quality standards · In charge of all related to Supply Chain, Procurement, and P&L in the factory · Develop systems and processes that track and optimise productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets · Develop and drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives · Ensure that manpower, materials and plant are available as needed to meet the requirements of production and sales To succeed in this Manufacturing Manager job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with all department of the factory and have a good communication within the teams, across borders and internal and external matrix. Key Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputable university · Minimum of 10 years of work experience as factory manager/manufacturing manager · Exposure in manufacturing for FMCG industry is preferred · Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills · Good proficiency in English · Willing to be based in Sulawesi, Indonesia
