Finance Director

Job Description : FINANCE DIRECTOR THALAND one of the leading real estate businesses based in Bangkok. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is the role for the finance professional with solid experiences in corporate finance field. About the Finance Director Role: Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Finance Director will play a key role in leading the corporate finance team. The salary package for this role includes base salary + performance bonus + provident fund. Key Responsibilities: · Responsible for fund raising in order to secure company liquidity and new investment by negotiating and reviewing loan agreements and related financial documents for the best conditions · Supervise the process of loan administration including loan draw-down & repayment as well as do necessary thing to comply with the terms & conditions under the loan agreement · Control the inter-company transactions for borrowing & lending between the company and its subsidiaries. · Responsible for annual budget preparation of the company and its subsidiaries · Control & coordinate with all departments for budget spending of OPEX and CAPEX & Investment including any revised budget · Supervise for development of long-term financial projection/ project feasibility · Responsible for long & short-term cash flow and working capital/liquidity management including manage & mitigate financial risks which may occur such as FX risk and interest rate risk · Supervise & direct day-to-day cash and treasury activities · Control inter-company cash, including inter-company lending, dividends, and capital injections The successful candidate must possess more than 15 years of experience in corporate finance function and have the ability to lead the team of finance professionals. Key Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree and/or master’s in finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration · At least 15 years of experience in finance and accounting functions, management level · Excellent financial and analytical abilities, high attention to detail · Strong business acumen with extensive business experience and strategic knowledge · Good leadership and interpersonal skills
