Job Description : IT HEAD MALAYSIA based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will obtain competitive advantage for the organisation by using information technology and digital strategies to improve business processes and streamline operations. About the Head of IT Role: In this business critical role, you will oversee the overall technology operations and establishing IT policies and systems to support the digital roadmap moving forward. Key Responsibilities: · Define, update, and implement IT Strategy and roadmap · Manage and oversee the core technology platforms and organise the formulation and implementation of major technical decisions · Establish IT policies, strategies and standards · Develop, approve and control technology spends and budgets · Design and customise technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience · Plan the implementation of new systems and provide guidance to IT teams and other staff within the organisation · Analyse the costs, value and risks of information technology to advise management and suggest actions · Coordinate and consolidate IT processes across the enterprise The successful Head of IT is a driven individual with experience in information security and digital transformation. Key Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology/related discipline · Work experience in network, information security, IT risk compliance, project management and regulatory requirements on IT
