Job Description : SALES HEAD AJMAN UAE The Pentagon Food Group is a leading UK Based Food service and FMCG Multinational Operator, Based in its 100,000 SQ/Ft distribution Facility in the Heart of England and delivers food ingredients, Beverages, and Packaging to 1200 customers weekly, The PFG Group has a growing Interest in International Markets, with its Global Shared Services based in Islamabad and most recently the establishment of its First ISO (International Sales Office). The ISO is focused on regional sales as well as importing to and from the UK in food and non-food sectors. As part growth strategy The PFG Group has ambitious plans to grow its presence in international markets through its ISO’s (International Sales Office’s), we are now looking for a talented individual who would like to embark on this global expansion journey in a forward thinking enterprise. Due to global market potential and growing demands across various industries around the world, we are urgently looking for action-driven and experienced professionals, who want to build up new countries and take full responsibility to roll out the PFG Group Business Model into new markets and business sectors. In the role of the Regional Sales Head you will be working directly with our head office in United kingdom and report directly to the Group CEO PFG has strong organisational values, it expects its employees to build a unique culture, a flourishing lifestyle and continuous learning and development. The Regional Head Of Sales will create and implement a regional Import and Export B2B strategy, Lead a field sales teams and implement a route 2 market strategy for their region in imported FMCG and food service products. Products will be predominately imported from those countries where PFG Group have an established ISO. As the Regional Head you will also create a dynamic Export strategy for products or services that can be exported to other PFG ISO’s. PFG is a rapidly growing business and have assembled the right team to begin scaling aggressively in the regions we operate within the UK and in International Markets. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to be part of something big and transformative, someone who will play a critical role in driving our success and becoming a key figure within our UK HQ’d Business. Work closely with head office in United Kingdon and Fulfilment in Stoke On Trent (UK) to identify and drive projects and initiatives which create geographic growth and capitalize on market dynamics / differences Actively engage in relationship development and opportunity development and driving revenue by closing sales opportunities Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline to the business Work collaboratively across the region to ensure that initiatives, projects and best practice thinking are maximized Achievement of annual sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis Act as an Expert in C level meetings in order to leverage our offering Requirements: Experience and business network in more than one business segment. Must be in his responsible region / industry for more than 6-8 years. Fluency in English is a must, further language skills are of advantage Strong strategic thinking including analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas and goals. Experienced in driving sales process and drive effective working relationships Ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and business drivers around marketing and incentive campaigns Ability to build long term strategic and senior level relationships Ability to adapt and work effectively within a rapidly changing and growing environment Create a Detailed Business plan and route to market (B2B), to demonstrate a logístically managed supply chain solution for FMCG and Food service sectors. Recruit a team of Highly motivated Field sales individuals who will manage the regions and territories they are assigned. Organising Training and developing packs Develop understanding of PFG ERP/CRM software, which is used to take orders and CRM, global platform Develop appropriate dashboards using Power BI to monitor staff and performance including CRM, liaising with SSC Design a Promotional Calendar for products and services for your region Analyse field sales agent’s data to create field sales strategies. Plan and Recruit staff to further penetrate the Markets selling imports and sourcing quality manufacturers for exports. Creating systems to analyse performance for field sales agents KPI/KPT Using Power BI to visualise data obtained from field sales visits Use business data to sweep in territories and markets strategically guiding field sales agents. Create systems to stop Customer volume leakages on orders.
