Job Description : EXPORT CO-ORDINATOR NIGERIA a leading manufacturer of wide variety of household plastic items including buckets, basins, baby baths, WPS, mugs, plates etc Key Responsibilities: ​ Coordinate export operations from various countries to African-based factories, primarily in Nigeria Check export documentation for negotiating Letters of Credit and Bills for Collection Determine accurate HS code of the goods to be imported Provide customs clearance instructions to customs brokers Ensure consistency of Incoterms used To work with applicable divisions and departments, external brokers, agents and attorneys to resolve internal compliance issues. Resolve clearance issues as required. Maintain export log tracking and keep import documentation in order Audit export customs declarations and related broker invoices, reconcile errors, and log in tracking database and maintain customs correction log. Coordinate with finance to identify all purchase to non-domestic suppliers and ensure import declaration is available for all non-domestic purchases. Investigate with sourcing, supply chain, finance and vendors and determine the remedial actions to fix the issue Provide assistance to internal business groups relating to export issues that may arise. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Experience: 5+ years’ experience in a position with similar and transferable skills, duties, tasks and responsibilities, particularly dealing with export documentation to Nigeria. Solid understanding of Import compliance rules and regulation Basic knowledge of Harmonized System and product classification experience 2) GROUP FINANCE MANAGER HK Accounting including Compliance Accounting and Business Accounting. Accounts Payable, Receivables, Shipping and Government Receivables related to exports. Financial Planning & Analysis: Including Budgeting, Financial Analysis - Daily, weekly, monthly MIS Protects assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls. He/She monitors and confirms financial condition by conducting audits; providing information to external auditors. Maximizes return, and limits risk, on cash by minimizing bank balances; making investments. Prepares budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analysing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plans. Achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions. Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data. Prepares special reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends. Complies with Country, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing financial reports; advising management on needed actions. Ensures operation of equipment by establishing preventive maintenance requirements and service contracts; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. Protects operations by keeping financial information and plans confidential. Require Chartered Accountant with at least 8+years' experience, preferably 2 years in Apparel exports industry. Preferably experience of managing Globally/ culturally spread trading organisations with knowledge of Hong kong regulations. Good experience of working on SAP as well as Excel. Strong experience in managing a team of Finance Professionals. Reporting to CFO 3) LOGISTICS HEAD/SCM QATAR 10-15 years experience o To work and coordinate within supply chain and internal day to day requests to satisfy customer and business needs. o Manage logistics and achieve key performance indicators set and review issues due to non performance and identify opportunities for improvement. o Identify opportunities for cost reduction. o Work with Operations and Maintenance Teams on urgent requests and ensure all requests are met as per commitments. o Work with Planner and Procurement on supply chain operation issues and identify areas for improvement. o Review daily operational efficiency and productivity of workload activities. o Manage warehouse operations to satisfy customer's and business' needs. ACCOUNTABILITIES: o Management of staffs, vendors and supplies o Update daily information on In-house TAM database o Successful completion of scheduled activities. Be prompt and courteous response to customer requests o Monthly measurement of achievement of Key Performance Indicators. o Maintenance and update the management budget, equipment and materials o Conduct regular service and systems audit o Guide and upgrade staff technical and management competency o Prepare site standard operating procedures (SOPs) o Generate, collate and submission of weekly and monthly reports o Submission of claims o Conduct and review plant operation, emergency plan and contingency plan o Conduct daily operation pass-down meeting and update staff of major works, project activities or organization goals o Review work request, approval and issuing work order, ensure work on time schedule o Manage and control monthly budgetary o Provide effective technical advised and solution to client o Introduce continued improvement and optimization operation of Facility systems o Perform emergency support duty, if required o Enforces and adopts safety measures among all of his subordinates o To assist in the Planning, coordinating and controlling all operational activities in accordance with pre-arranged operating plan and programs. o Assist in the Operational execution according to the Contract Documents. Required Candidate profile JOB REQUIREMENTS: o Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related degree. o Minimum 6 to 8 years working experience in supply chain planning / inventory management experience. o Business and customer-oriented and a good team player o Self driven and assertive individual with business acumen. o Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinking, decision-making and leadership abilities. o Willing to learn and explore new ideas. o Able to work in high pressure situation o Have good written and spoken English o Good knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 4) BUSINESS MANAGER CAMEROON FOR LIGHT COMMERCIAL VEHICLE Min 10 years experience in LCV business Should manage entire dealership Should have technical expertise to be able to understand quality issues,& spare parts Should have sales & Marketing experience 5) COMMERCIAL HEAD NIGERIA FOR PLYWOOD Budgeting: Preparation, review & approval Implementation Co-ordination & Monitoring Arrange for Dept wise presentation Monthly Variance analysis with Cause & Effects of each Functions Presentation on Quarterly basis Costing : Define the Cost Center and Functional Dept for Wood Industry Preparation base for Costing. Implementation Co-ordination, Monitoring & Cost Analysis MIS: Develop & Implement a structured MIS system. Formatting of documents, Log Sheet to Daily Production Reports of each process and flow of in- formations. Evaluation of Performance of ongoing Projects and commercial viability of Projects. Quarterly Performance review cum -presentation of all the activities. Co-ordination, Customize and successful Implementation of Navision ERP System. Co-ordination for Successful Implementation of ISO 18001 & ISO 9001 QMS.
