Senior Consultant

Job Description : Senior Oracle HCM Functional consultants for a long ter project in Abu Dhabi Exp: 12-15 years. Notice: Immediate to 2 weeks(Open for candidates outside India also) "Having 12to 15years of experience in HCM track at least 3 full cycle implementations •Experience in both Implementation projects & Support Projects Must have strong HCM -functional skills: -Core HR -Payroll and Talent Management. -HRSS and i-recruitment -Performance management -All technical activities including writing packages and building reports, workflows, etc except OAF form customization -Should be able to communicate with Customer on the requirements and should have attitude to help the team in issues. -Develop ERP Documentation: -Develop relevant documentation, including diagrams, flowcharts, events, strategies, tactics, policies, procedures -Map documents, set-up documents and test scenarios -Describe implementation set-up, input and output processes comprehensively -Adhere to standard operating procedures and work instructions. -Conduct training sessions for clients."
