Operations Manager

Job Description : Operations Manager CCPP Location: EGYPT Duration: Minimum 18x months + Start Date: ASAP Requirements: • Engineering degree in power plants fields (Mechanical/Electrical) • Minimum of 15+ years Management Experience of CCPP’s Operations & Maintenance • Familiar with Ultra filtration, Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment plants and Management of all Chemical services • Experienced in ‘operational excellence’ approach Responsibilities: 1. Manage and support daily operation activities such as planning, coordinating and controlling plant operations in accordance with written requirements, procedures and schedules 2. Coordination of the development of engineering procedures and shift instructions, including safety procedures, statutory regulations, outage schedules and routine test and inspection schedules. 3. Manage the work of the shift personnel and to supervise the strict compliance with Owner's safety rules 4. Support the training of the power plant operations personnel 5. Manage the processing, approving, closing and status reporting of fault notifications, work orders and isolations and the monitoring of the ‘Permit to Work’ system. 6.
