Job Description : COO KNEYA FOR BFS 20+ years experience - Candidates have lived on the ground experience in Africa. - Candidates have B2C experience - Candidates have mobile money, PAYG, microfinance experience - Chief Operations Officer of this consumer facing business with pay as you go financing model you will work closely with the CEO in providing strategic leadership and implement long range objectives and strategies. - The COO must have experience growing a B2C organization in Africa. This business is a complex one and requires the COO to have the capacity to think strategically, weigh and balance options and make sound judgements for the focus and growth of the business. - The COO will provide vital input to the future direction and expansion plans of the organisation while ensuring country managers are meeting objectives and developing their capabilities. - The COO role will be based in Kenya with frequent travel to countries of operations.
