Job Description : SM-Chemical Sales (Business and Product Development, collections.) Job Location- Tanzania, East Africa Any Nationality Male candidates only Experience: 10 years of Sales, Business development and Collections experience. Educational Qualification: B.Sc Chemistry, OR Candidate from any Chemistry Stream Compensation :- As per candidate experience and qualification (USD Net Savings pm + other benefits) Principal Responsibility: · Expand the business in the assigned territory – with existing customers and look for new customer development. · Identify new products within the assigned segments and recommend to management for its addition with backup data after thorough market mapping. · CFR & CRM- Development & Deployment · Aggressive Business Development Ø Achieve Agreed Upon Targets Ø Create Product/Customer Matrix · Tactical Ø Achieve Distribution Budget - Tonnage, Revenue & Gross Margins. Ø Keep track of customer payments and help in its timely collections. Debtors & Stock Reconciliations. · Manage Costs Ø Keep track of Clearing, Bond, Transport & Warehousing Costs and work towards its reduction. Ø Recommend Credit Limits to management & work within the Same on its approval. · Manage Credit Risks :- Operate within assigned Credit Limits & Manage Default Risks · Networking within the Business community & Keeping ears to the ground on Opportunities & business trends. · Responsible for Market Research and Analysis · Responsible for Customer Visits and submitting the Customer Visit report · Manage and Interpret customer requirements and study about upcoming products. Other Requirements: Frequent travelling Experience required in below chemicals Soaps/Detergents: Caustic, LABSA, Soda Ash, Noodles, Zeolite etc. Personal Care: Glycerin, White Oil, CSA, MC Wax, SLES, CDE etc. Paints/Coatings: Gum Rosin, Penta R, Iron Oxide, TiO2 Food/Nutrition: Bicarbonate, Dextrose, Citric Acid, Corn Starch etc. Mining/Gas/Oil: Bleaching Earth, Carbides, TEG, Peroxides etc. Water Treatment: Al Sulphate, Hypochlorite, Bleaching Powder Others: TDI, Polylol, Alcohols, Blowing Agents
